I have a $400 Tissot watch. The authorized dealer doesn't replace batteries but sends it to Tissot for service/ maintenance. Although I am mechanically challenged, I probably could have figured out the proper battery and bought one. Then, I would have to find the proper tool to fit the case back without damaging it or leaving pry marks. I am sure I would have screwed up the seating of the gaskets ruining the water resistence. I walked in to Fast fix and asked Zack if he respected the gasket. I knew by he response that he had skills and knew about gaskets. Awesome service, and I like the available warranties with nationwide locations. In case I am traveling, and there is a problem.

They sized my husbands ring, fixed his watch, and repaired his broken chain multiple times.They recently combined my three wedding rings and they came out better than I could have ever imagined I couldn’t be happier.
