Excellent service from start to finish. Our sales rep Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable. He understood exactly the look we wanted. He explained the product line, time frame, and warranties. Jeremy the installer explained exactly how the blinds would be installed even the correct tool he would use. He also was friendly and efficient. He had us operate the blinds to insure we knew they worked. He went over the warranties again. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
