Bought a car in November 2023 that needed an alignment and winter tires. Checkered Flag had very competitive prices and provided excellent customer service. Called them this morning (Christmas Eve 2024) as a valve stem on one tire was acting up and we are taking the car out of town. They had me in at 8am and out in very short order with excellent customer service. Very friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend.

Had jeep towed to Checkerde flag on Wednesday. They said they could look at it Thursday morning. A couple of hours later received a call that the jeep was ready for pick up. They found the problem quickly, explained in detail what the cause of failure was. They were super fair on the cost for repair. Very nice people to deal with. Ignore the one star reviews.

Booked my car in for an appointment on Monday, but we are out of town so had it towed in on Friday. The work was done quickly and efficiently before my appointment time on Monday! Fair price and excellent service!
