ACI was able to do my home inspection within a demanding time frame. Tony was incredibly thorough, able to point out the most important things to address immediately after the inspection and then within a couple of days providing an excellent written report that we were able to send the seller, asking them to make the corrections. It really helped having a professional independent party pointing out the issues vs. me, the buyer complaining. The seller appreciated it too.
