    I love NY Tails I send my dog Blue there for boarding anytime I go out of town, and they do an amazing job with all their dogs. I can see the excitement rise with Blue as we get closer to their location because he loves it there. Their updates on their Instagram stories are so fun to follow along with, and the backyard is really nice. Blue always comes home from boarding absolutely pooped from all the play with other dogs which is great. I trust them completely, and so glad I found them for my pup. Highly recommend for anyone!

    NY tails is great for walking! Our yorkie Zoe absolutely adores her walker Camila. Booking is easy through the app and Camila or the other walkers are communicative every day. The policies can feel like you’re being nickel and dimed at times but to be fair they are very clear on the website. Would highly recommend NY tails

    NY Tails has been reliable in providing visits for my cat for almost a year now. The employees who stop by tend to send pictures of my cat in a group chat when they visit (every pet owner's favorite) and provide a brief status update. I feel comfortable going away knowing someone is checking up on her. There was an issue with the NY Tails payment portal where the total charge it stated for requested services was not matching the amount I was actually being invoiced which was greater in several cases. Upon flagging this, Jessica, one of the coordinators, was exceedingly responsive and helpful in addressing the concern. The payment portal has now been updated to reflect accurate pricing details. I really appreciated how receptive NY Tails was to my feedback and how quick the team was to address it. Great customer service! It's worth taking note of the website to be aware of additional charges that may be applied for early/late and weekend visits. These are very clearly stated on the website, but don't appear on the payment portal/may not be factored into final pricing. It's also worth noting that, at least for cat visits, visit times are structured within a 4-hour timeframe (to allow flexibility for the person visiting to work the visit into their schedule). The 4-hour time period begins 2 hours before and ends 2 hours after the time you select for the visit within the payment portal (Dotimely). For instance, if you select 9am, the person visiting may come any time between 7-11am. This isn't very clearly stated, so it's worth taking note of this to avoid any charges that apply for visits before 9am and after 6pm.

    We’ve been sending our dog here for over a year and she loves going! The team at Bae takes great care of the dogs and they have so much fun together.
