Absolutely love this shop! Great customer service, and they always looking a way to help and make it happen. I had an engine light came on on my Vw Atlas, called then and they didn't have a spot at that time, but they told me to come anyway to do a quick checkup, so I went. After connecting it to the diagnosis software they figured it's nothing majure and just reset it. This just show that they care and always look ways to help. Great place. Had two incidents they helped us with. One was getting new tires installed hours before our road trip. They caught it fixing a flat. Our tires didn’t have a lot of tread left. Then our car was making noise so we swung in quick. Female mechanic (love that) put it up on hoist and we had a large chunk of ice frozen to our drive shaft from the earlier slush. It was huge. They didn’t charge us. Very knowledgeable and have always treated us good. We were with Henry at Parktown before he passed. This place doesn’t overcharge and are honest. Great service! They had a courtesy vehicle that I was able to use for the day. Got EVERYTHING done (and I had quite a bit that needed done) in little over 3 hours! They even brought me into the shop to take a look at the issues while van was on hoist for me to see for myself. Pricing was very good. Took my Lincoln MKX into Checkered Flag after a quick oil change place told me I had Multiple engine leaks and a rear pinion seal leaking. Checkered Flag quickly diagnosed the real problem which was a transmission seal leaking, They were upfront about the cost and quickly completed the repair.
